By accessing or using BeingAI.co ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

BeingAI.co provides an AI‑powered chat assistant, quiz generator, and related tools. The Service uses advanced AI models that may generate responses that are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or appropriate.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete registration information.

4. Credits and Payments

The Service uses a credit system. You receive 5 free credits upon registration. Additional credits may be purchased through Razorpay. Credits are non‑refundable and expire 30 days after purchase or registration. Each AI request consumes 1 credit. Credits cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to generate illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable content. You may not attempt to reverse‑engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service. Violation may result in termination of your account.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service (including its code, design, and branding) is owned by BeingAI.co. You retain ownership of the content you generate, but you grant us a license to store, display, and use that content to provide and improve the Service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error‑free, or that any AI‑generated content will be accurate or suitable for your purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BeingAI.co shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, extended inactivity, or for any other reason. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
